What you should know
- Free coffee or smoothie vouchers for day visitors only, limited to one per visit.
- Monthly FlexyWorking Members must pay for their desk before the 1st of the month to ensure access.
- The space is open 24/7 and access codes can be obtained via Whatsapp.
- Monthly package holders must give one month’s notice or pay a cancellation fee, if they wish to cancel.
- Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it.
- Coffee, tee and occasional shared lunches are available in the kitchen area, free of charge.
TAILORED COWORKING SOLUTIONS
What you should know
- Use the boardroom or private office for making calls if possible, and be considerate of others.
- Boardroom and private office access is currently on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Guests are welcome for meetings or to visit, but co-working requires a day pass.
- An inverter trolley is available for charging during load shedding, and internet access is always available.
- You enter and work in the space at your own risk, and by entering into the space you release and indemnity FlexyWorking from and against all claims relating to but not limited to injuries, theft, losses, damages and so forth.
